Can anyone please say me the procedure how to create HUF in the name of my father..
My Situation is my grandfather dead on 23-03-1995. and my father has 3brothers (including my father - 4brothers) every one got family, so please say me how to proceed.

You will have to create a HUF deed [100Rs. stamp paper], apply for PAN of HUF and open a current account in name of HUF. Rubber stamp [rectangular] in name of HUF

Yes, gifting is one of the mode of bringing the capital to HUF.
Brother Deed is easily available on net. I also have a copy of one if you want. But if you will see it from various sources then you will get a better idea than looking at just one deed.
