Hey this is very cool...

Dear sir  CMA.Devarajan Swaminathan please follow the proper procedure and you must have windows XP check that and number is 0160

Ok Sameer,

I havent got it right then.  I have followed your steps Sameer but i believe i could have erred on the following. Yes I am using windows XP .

1. rename it first hold no alt key and type   0160   and now you get name less folder (Dev:  I did not understand the term "hold no alt key"  am i to hold the Alt Key and simultaneously type the number 0160? i. e "Alt+0160")

2. Find there is a place where there is on icon in between icons select that  (Dev: I did not understand  "on icon in between icons").

Thanks.

Devarajan

The best you can do is to create an account for yourself on windows. There is no other way to make files password protected.

you can refer following URL

Thanks for the link Sameer.
