How to correct mistakes in intermediate form

I made some mistakes like in first option - Route for joining Intermidate  if filled CPT in place of foundation and in option no 12  (date, & month and year of passsing) are filled incorrectly by mistake while filling intermediate form, so can i cange it now. If yes then how ? 

Please tell

You have to wait for the correction window to open. it will open in September month.

Will correction window open for ssp portal? Some mistakes occured in my intermediate registration online form
