How to compute capital gain

In Options there is No Capital Gains as there is no Holding or Buying or Selling of any Capital Asset or Instrument, Call / Put Options are Derivatives with an Underlying security for deriving its Price, & is settled with the difference of Profit / Loss at the settlement date.

I want just to know that how capital gain shall be calculated in case of if a purchased a call/put option and paid premium for that...

What amount should counted for the purpose of Turnover and gain ...
