How to Close LLP, Form 24 Attachment format

I want to close a defunct LLP. Please help in making Attachments.

a. *Copy of authority to make the application duly signed by all partners - Who will be authorized person? Any Designated partner or who?

b. *Copy of acknowledgement of latest Income-tax Return - LLP incorporated 2 years before but never open Bank account and No PAN card. What attach here?

c. *Statement of Accounts disclosing Nil assets and Nil
liabilities [sub-clause (a) of clause (II) of sub-rule (1A) to rule 37] - No problem here.

d. *Affidavit signed by designated partners [sub-clause(b) of
clause (II) of sub-rule (1A) to rule 37] - Joint affidavit for both designated partner (all partner)?

  1. Do we need to notarize affidavit and indemnity bond separate or both are same?
  2. Indemnity bond on stamp paper or letterhead or normal page?
  3. Amount of stamp paper for Affidavit?

e. Optional attachment(s), if any

d. no joint affidavit seperate for each partner indemnity bond can be joint . affidavit rs. 10 and indemnity rs. 50 stamp paper duly signed and notarized.

1. I read somewhere that affidavit on rs 200 and indemnity bond on rs 500, is it correct or I can use rs 10 and rs 50 stamp?

2. LLP incorporated in bihar, can i make affidavit and indemnity bond in Delhi? Stamp of delhi will be valid?
