Just go through practice manual and rtp. Nothing else is required

Do PM. Read sm daily atleast for one hour. Try to write answers at home this will help you in framing answers in exams.

Yeah exactly...
ITSM looks very easssy..but it requires greater attention.
Read atleast an hour daily
