I have paid the self-assessment tax for AY 20-21. but I was unable to file the ITR of AY 20-21.
Please guide me how to use old tax paid credit in the ITR of AY 21-22.

Any SA tax paid pertaining to AY 2020-21, cannot be claimed in AY 2021-22. If you have not filed return for AY 2020-21, and if you have any refund to be claimed; you can file return u/s. 119(2)(b) of the act, provided ITO gives you permission to that effect.
