How to claim gst itc if no movement of goods.

ITC / Input 377 views 3 replies

According to gst law,

If suppose some company based in mp buy goods from maharashtra and if there is no movement of goods, cgst sgst (mh sgst) should be charged inspite of interstate sale because of place of supply Rule..

Now how will mp based take input tax credit of that maharashtra sgst..??

Same as charged in invoice I.e. CGST & SGST.

But the seller will pay that sgst to maharashtra govt. And my gstin is of mp..?? While taking input it assumes sgst is of maharashtra right.????? Or even though if mp company resell them in Maharashtra only, then again I have to charge cgst sgst. While paying taxes in 3b it will go to mp govt..?? P.s. - mp company has only one gstin i.e. in mp

GST not paid as per GSTIN or state but as per place of supply & here seller properly charged GST

So no need to worry same is available to you
