How to check PAN furnished or not for filing DIN 4 from

As all of us are aware about the MCA has made it compulsory vide General
Circular No.11/2011, New Delhi Dated 07.04.2011 to inform PAN of every
Director/Person holding Director Identification Number (DIN) up to 31st May,
2011 if not informed/furnished earlier at the time of applying DIN by such
Director . The circular also made it mandatory for all new DIN Applicants
to mention their PAN No. in DIN-1 eformThen the problem is being faced that
how to check that, Director who are already having DIN had furnished PAN at
the time of applying for DIN or not?
You may just enter the DIN of such Director in blank E-Form No. 1A in entry
no. 14 , if the PAN of such Director is reflecting in colum for PAN then
same had been mentioned at the time of applying DIN , otherwise you need to
file DIN-4 with MCA for informing the PAN of such Director to MCA within the
above mentioned time.
Note: It is not necessary that PAN reflecting in Form No. 1A/furnished at
the time of applying DIN is correct, therefore please verify the same

Also, we can obtain the Original DIN application from MCA website and check whether PAN has been already given while applying for DIN. For downloading the original DIN application follow these steps - MCA21 - DIRECTOR IDENTIFICATION NO - GET DIN APPLICATION. After providing the required details, you get to know the details given at the time of applying for DIN.

But Sir, while filing form DIN4 which option to choose from the given list of changes because only for PAN verification we are filing the form and there are no changes in PAN Number.

In Form DIN4, we need to select atleast one option for which we are filing the form. But my PAN No. is the same, I only need to verify it with mca and without selecting anything noone can file the form.

Can you help me in this case?
