How to check in monthly income and expenditure in tally

hi 

i m working in hospital 

so pls tell me how to get the monthly report in tally (income and expenditure report)

  1. You may view the I&E statement on the Gateway of Tally itself (that is the screen that is displayed when you open Tally)
  2. Once you are in I&E statement, select the period for which you need to generate the same

Go to income and expenses ledger and press the respective function key on right side for month wise report.

its ok but it not show the vender payments 

so what can i do know
