The below given charges must be excluded while calculating aggregate turnover:

Taxes with respect to CGST, SGST or IGST Acts

Value of taxes payable on reverse charge mechanism

Value of inward supplies of goods and services

Value of Non-taxable supplies of goods or services like Alcohol, Petrol etc.
if we sell exempted goods like Agricultural goods etc...along with our taxable goods..now do we need to include sale of exempted goods for our turn over purpose
yes, you need to include sale of exempted goods with taxable goods for turn over purpose...
Yes Sir...
You are required to include sale of Exempt Goods with Taxable Goods for the purpose of computing Aggregate Turnover.

Kindly refer SECTION 2(6) :

 "aggregate turnover" means the aggregate value of all taxable supplies [excluding the value of inward supplies on which tax is payable by a person on reverse charge basis], EXEMPT SUPPLIES, exports of goods or services or both and inter-State supplies of persons having the same Permanent Account Number, to be computed on all India basis but excludes central tax, State tax, Union territory tax, integrated tax and cess.
