how to become a party in ongoing case ?

I had made some fixed deposits with a company.But before their maturity the company filed an application(case) before NCLT New Delhi u/s 74(2) of the companies act 2013.The company got
order by NCLT for extension of two years for repayiing the FD in a phased manner. But even After the extension of time the company is not making the payment.The case is still going on in the tribunal.I want to become a party to that case. Pls tell me the procedure to become a party and if there is some specific procedural law or section in the Companies act for the same ?
