How to attend the interview

Hai,

Right now i am searching a job civiliarly. I failed  the interview due to following situation.

1. Poor Communication skills

2. Shifting the job once in 1 and half year

3. Fear to speaking with interviewer

4. Expect low salary

5. Lack of confident

6. unable to update the knowledge

7. My qualification is ICWAI but i am most experience in Accounts, finance taxation only no experience in Costing filed

8,Poor English Knowledge

Please guide to me how to improve the above points and how to success the interview .
