how to assign shortcut for special paste

GO TO SECOND COLUMN SELECT THE RANGE U WANT TO COPY AND COPY IT  ( DONT CUT) AND GO TO DESIRED CELL FROM WHERE U WANT TO START PASTING .THE SHORT CUT IS {RIGHT CLICK BUTTON -S-V ( FOR VALUES} THERE R MANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE IN IT LIKE FORMATS COMMENTS. THIS THING WONT WORK IF THE DATA IS FILTERED . U CAN TRY THIS GO TO DESIRED CELL PRESS =AND SELECT SECOND COLUMN CELL AND DRAG THE FORMULA TO TILL END .THEN DONT FORGET TO PASTE SPECIAL THE THE ENTIRE COLUMN..

instead of using the mouse and giving a right click, an easier short cut is

ALT+E+S

after clicking this button you'll get paste special box. in that you can click either

v - if u want to paste the value

e - if u want to convert a vertical set of datas into horizontal

t - if u want to paste only the format

After selecting desired, press enter. thats it. Its that easy.
