How to appoint additional director as whole time director?

For change in designation of Additional Director as Whole Time Director

File DIR-12 within 30 days along with True Extract of board meeting as attachment 

In case of public company file MR-1 along with consent letter of director, and true extract of board resolution within 60 days. 

Please note that appointment of Whole Time Director should be regularised in the next AGM.

Please ignore the requirement of filing MR-1. It is not required for appointment of whole time director. MR-1 is only required for appointment of Managing Director in Public Company.
