A LLP incorporated in one state ( state A) wishes to file Income tax returns from the jurisdiction of a state (state B) except for where the registered office of llp is situated.
Can this be possible without shifting the registered office of llp and incorporating a corporate office in the state (state B) from which llp wishes to file Income tax returns... ?
