if you have no reference of any ca than you should get details of ca firms where the requirement of articles from site like caclubindia,casansaar etc or you can approach any of your friend to help you for any refernce of ca.
You should visit ICAI office and check the notice boards. Several vacancies are posted on their notice boards. You can accordingly apply in such firms.

I think this is the best way to deal the matter.
Go to the Institute branch and find vacancies of firms on the notice boards.
