By registered Gift Deed or Transfer Deed.
Society cannot alter ownership in the share certificate without registered deed/s, but just add nominee/s
If property value is Rs. 50,00,000/-.
Currently property is on Mother's name.
How much fees needs to be paid if
A). Addition of name of son in the property
B). Addition of names of son and daughter-in-law in the property.
Rates of stamp duty over Gift Deed is state subject, varies from state to state, usually 2 to 5% of share amount to be transferred.
