How to add in GSTR3B
Let to be added to GSTR 3B in the FY 2028-19,but it was added to GSTR1 in FY 2018-29 as B2C.Can it to be added to GSTR3B in FY 2020-21.How to do it if possible?

You want to tell that instead of fy 2018-19 you add in 2018 -19 GSTR1

in 3b
but make sure you are not making double entry in both sides
first match the data's with your records then rectify the difference
