In ITR-2, this year there is no field saying "Refund by direct deposit or cheque". we don't have the option to choose between direct-transfer or by-cheque. So, how my refund will be paid to me.

How the tax refund amount will come to my bank account

Earlier, there were two options of receiving the income tax refund . One was direct debiting i.e. ECS and another through Cheque. However, now the cheque mode has been disabled. Any refund will directly reach the bank account.
Now all refunds will be routed directly to the bank account

from current assessment year all refunds will be credited directly to bank a/c thats why there is no option to select.
How long it will take amount to credit to our bank account?
You will receive in your bank account, if you given ifsc and micr code whiling filing income tax return.
Current trend which I have observed within 3 to 4 months of uploading and then sending acknowledgement to Banglore it gets credited to assessee account.
