Dear sir,
Actually aqua tech feed is exempted from GST, HSN code is 2309. But some people told now tax rate is 5% as per circular no 27/2017 and 28/2017. This is correct or not.

this circular is related to hsn code 2305 & 2306
which is dealt in bran or oil cake in this rate is 5% if they are used In other than animal feed if they used in animal feed than they are exempted like. hsn code 2309 is still exempted.
