Please can anyone tell me what is the registration charges for a private limited which is registered in the year 2008.
and let me no where i can get a charges details in online.

Hi,
There is no change in the ROC fee with regard to registration of a company (whether private or public) since 2008, so based on authorised capital, you can calculate the same, which is available on MCA web portal
