Sir I want to know that how many persons carry on the partnership firm.

As per the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, a partnership firm must have a minimum of two persons to carry on the business. The maximum number of partners in a partnership firm can be 100, except in the case of a banking business, where the maximum number of partners is restricted to 10.
