How is work culture and exposure in tcs for ca freshers?

TCS is one of the best company fr the employee to work wid.....it stand first in best employer to work wid in india.....

i agree it has absorbed a good number of CA from past recent yrsss.........i had workd with such outsourcing and consultancy company....basically they deal with audit,.taxation or APM(associate proces manager)they will provde u the traning abt ur process and ultimately u hav lead that processs.....mostly they follow UK r US process of acounts right from vouching to finalisation.......

bt after spending such a precious time and giving truck load of hardwork. to b a CA..i would prfer manufacturing unit r banks and no to outsourcing.....

life will be good der...fun n party and events...full toss dhamall.......bt think twice before joining in outsouring co.

No option for a CA fresher...........Campus placements are really bad. Among 1200 students, bagging a job has surely made me a mini-celebrity....

Wouldn't it better to have exposure in SAP and then making inroads in the field of Financial Module implementation and also IFRS,XBRL compliance.............
