2. WACC ?

3. Operating, Financial & Combined Leverages ?

4. Sales Variences ?

I would say both the attempts are not tough. Indeed they are very lengthy. I havent crossed 5th question. Very very heavy to do we have been asked to find All 3 Leverage for 3 firms and we have to discuss and decide on the same for 4 marks. Marginal costing and memorandum reconciliation alone was justifiable to time allocaton.

Many questions were from compilation&RTP.. Easy but lengthy!!! Definitely much better than may paper..!!

I hope the valuation isn't strict considering the fact that the paper was quite easy!!

Wacc was 12.54%

Sales variance 22000 favourable. i dnt knw hw u gt 44000????
