Please tell whether kamal garg sir book is good or any other author to refer?

You can refer Kamal garg's Class Notes (His textbook is not good for self study)
where will i get his class not
kamal gargs book is not seen recommended for law... but his class was good

You should refer the Munish Bhandari book for Law.
It is the best recommended book for self study. It is written in very simple language which make the study simple and intresting and also contains the previous year solved questions.
