How I gate 16 no. form in previous 3 year

It's very unfair.
1) Contact your previous employer.
2) Collect form 16.
3) Contact your A.O
4) Submit condonation letter U/s 119(2)(b). If not filed earlier.
5) If A.O approved then file it.
If empoyer can't provide you form 16 then you have to compute manually by your ownself.

contact your previous employer for form16. if not send a mail to your jurisdiction ao mentioning that your employer has not provided form16.
