How good is it to join a KPO

I will not prefer carreer in KPO

Me too would not advice to go into KPO. I had worked with KPO and I think this is not the right place for CAs to work as the kind of work u will do there , will be completely back office and on the requirement of Client (which is normally banks) so forget the pay the are offering as normally they offer good pay, join the right place

But then what is the way for a CA who has worked in software for two years to join back in Finance?

KPO are good but remember to keep on moving up the ladder ... i m open to join KPO .. they pay nicely .. work environment is fabulous and plenty of opportunities are there...they send you overseas as well ....

it's good to join KPO

no harm to join in KPO, just inquire properly about profile being offered. at the end of the day you will get good money (which matters a  lot)

I feel its not a good option to join kpo. In case of one of my freind when he wanted to join new place he was rejected as he worked in kpo.

That is why the suggestion, check the profile offered.
