Hi all,

Curious how others here handle this: tracking renewal deadlines across FSSAI licenses, GST registration, ISO certifications, insurance policies, and vendor contracts for multiple clients.

Right now I'm looking into whether a simple, dedicated tool for this is worth building — something narrower than a full practice-management suite, covering renewals beyond just statutory filings (contracts, insurance, subscripttions too).

A few questions if anyone's willing to share:

  • How are you tracking this today — spreadsheets, a practice management tool, something else?
  • Have you tried tools like Turia, MaMITs, or Finexo? What worked, what didn't?
  • What's the most painful part of the current process?

Not selling anything here — genuinely trying to understand the problem before building. Appreciate any thoughts

  • Current Status: Most practices rely on high-maintenance Excel sheets because tools like Turia, MaMITs, and Finexo are designed primarily as broad, full-scale tax and billing management platforms rather than dedicated asset renewal trackers.

  • Core Pain Points: Managing the manual follow-up chaos with clients and handling distinct, non-statutory expiry cycles (like vendor agreements or insurance policies) inside platforms built for rigid monthly tax deadlines.

  • The Opportunity: A dedicated renewal platform is highly viable if it focuses deeply on flexible metadata ingestion and automated, client-facing communication channels over generic internal task checklists.
