Hi all,

Curious how others here handle this: tracking renewal deadlines across FSSAI licenses, GST registration, ISO certifications, insurance policies, and vendor contracts for multiple clients.

Right now I'm looking into whether a simple, dedicated tool for this is worth building — something narrower than a full practice-management suite, covering renewals beyond just statutory filings (contracts, insurance, subscripttions too).

Core Pain Points: Managing the manual follow-up chaos with clients and handling distinct, non-statutory expiry cycles (like vendor agreements or insurance policies) inside platforms built for rigid monthly tax deadlines.
The Opportunity: A dedicated renewal platform is highly viable if it focuses deeply on flexible metadata ingestion and automated, client-facing communication channels over generic internal task checklists.
