Quick question for those running their own practice.
Every month before GST filing — how do you actually collect bills, bank statements and invoices from your clients? WhatsApp? Email? Google Drive? Or just chase them on calls?
And roughly how many hours does this take you per month across all clients?
Also one more thing — if a simple tool existed that automated this entire collection and follow-up process for you, what would feel like a fair monthly price? Just a rough number, whatever comes to mind.
Not selling anything. Trying to understand whether the problem is real and whether it's worth building something before I spend time on it.
