How can prepre interview for senior accountant ?

Dear Ramanuj,

    In senior accountant interview u may face questions on following issues :

1)  Previous experiance. ( list of activities and challages faced in past experiance )

2) Knowledge on accounts ( how strong u r in accounts entires & adjustment entries )

3) Statutory issues - TDS deduction, payments,e-filing, local VAT, CST,advance tax                 payments,idea about income tax 

4) Teamwork  - work delegation and integrations.  ( Gudinace and co-ordination with subordinates.)

5) Communication - if u r very strong in communication, its an added advantage.

6) Other issues : prove u r hardworking and loyal with your employer.
