I am starting a Trading Firm - in maharashtra. My supplier is in Noida. since, I do not have TIN NO. yet, please let me know how can I send him WAY FORM (Road permit) for my initial supplies till I cross 5-Lac which is a minimum slab for registration. I dont want to voluntarily register the firm for VAT/CST.
Please advise.

Hi Pravin,
There is no Road Permit requirement in Maharashtra. And, in Noida there is no requirement for way bills for sending goods outward.
However, be noted that when you are doing Inter-state sales/ purchases, exemption slab of 5 lacs is not applicable, you have to register with VAT deptt.
