One of my client has e-filed his return of income but his file has been transfered to local department (Lucknow) and he (my client) is out of station due to employement, so how he can get refund?
Further as per cpc the file has been transfered for verification purpose and he is to present himself before A.O.

Get a power of attorney signed by him, and represent before A.O on his behalf. Remember to affix Rs.50/- stamp on power of attorney to make it a legal document.
