Clarification on the same and also on many other points regarding the new TDS compliance are still awaited. But this seems to be possible only after the elections. Lets wait and watch till then.

please follow some of good tips for examinations..
New form 16 is for A.Y.2010-2011 and therefore you need not fill new form 16 for A.Y.2009-2010
