How can disable
E invoice is enabled in hope of crossing 10 crores by 2023-2024. Can it be changed to disable? Are there any problems after enabling it

- If your PAN has not exceeded the notified Aggregate Annual Turnover(AATO) then raise a ticket at GST Common Portal : https://selfservice.gstsystem.in/
I don't there must be any problem if it is enabled because as per Law it is applicable only if your aggregate turnover get exceeds to threshold limit of 10 Crore.
2ndly I think you can disable it or can be get it done by helpdesk.
