11 April 2016I have just done my MBA (majors in Information technology) and have joined a hosting company eHDF, how I can grow my career in that particular niche / industry. What are my options? How can I step up a ladder in hosting / computing industry? Do I need to pass some extra certification or need to acquire further specialist skill set or what? Please suggest.

Hi,
As per as MBA qualifiaction is concern, MBA holders are responsible for management. As you have done MBA in IT, you can hold DESK but as far as technical language & programming is concern , you may be not comfortable in comparison of MCA/M.Tech.
You can serve your co. with growing the sales.
You can manage the team and so many further activities you can do.
In my view you no need to acquire other quaification. MBA is enough.
