Hi Friends,

If a foreigner say for example an Australian Resident (AR) wants to invest in Indian Stock market say either on his name or on an Indian Nationals (IN) name (in good faith) what are the ways out for such an investment.

Scenario : IN (Indian) working with AR(Australian), now AR wants to invest, may be due to hurdles he would not be able to invest directly but can loan IN, and invest indirectly in Stock Market.

Your valuable feedbacks.
