The Housing Loan repayments partly claimed in TDS Certificates - can we claim the total amount of Housing Loan repayment through a computation statement while submitting the Annual Returns to ITO ?

Yes, definitely. Rather you have to do so compulsorily. At the time of filing of ITR, you need to make a fresh and correct computation , and have to pay tax accordingly after claiming the TDS already deducted. No matter if TDS was deducted on some incorrect figures. In ITR you have to furnish the correct figures.
