my friend is planning take housing loan in 3 years, he's a professional he got TDS deduction for 3,50,000/- Wich is 35,000 and he got other income like 1,53,000/- and his income will increase next coming year's is it enough for housing loan..? plz do help thanks in advance

Home loan depend upon income, age, value of property.. In current situation your friend eligible for approx 25 Lac
