There is a housekeeping Agreement done by Private Ltd.company on Rs.500/- stamp paper only.In this regard my questions are as under

1) 500 Rs.stamp paper is sufficient
2) Is it required for registration

All agreements to be valid in court of law must be properly stamped as per rates declared by states & properly executed & registered with registrar of that state
