Can an individual receive rent from let out property in the hand of his HUF, since the property is in the name of individual?

If the Property is in the name of individual, than individual can receive rent and also Chargeable to tax in hands of individual only...
If the Property is in the name of HUF, than HUF will receive rent and also Chargeable to tax in hands of HUF.
If the Property is in the name of HUF, than HUF will receive rent and also Chargeable to tax in hands of HUF.
