* I seek the valuable opinion from forum members.

*A &his wife both are permanent citizens of US.

*They purchased house property in joint names in 2006.

*How far it is permitted under IT Act.?

*Now, the wife wants to become the full owner of the house.(without husband's name)

*I will get the requisite clarification needed in this regard from her.

Permitted.
