house property income
I have a let-out house property at Hadapsar, Pune for which i am receiving a rent of Rs.7,000 pm. While computing income tax over this income, i need Municipal Valuation, Fair Rent, Standard Rent. Can anybody please tell me the source / procedure for obtaining above info. Thanks

just compare the let out rental value in the proximity and take the average let out value as fmv and compute IHP accordingly
