A businessman has 2 house property in same city rented out and he stays in another rented property in the same city. How can he get tax benefit for rented property and let out properties. Pls advice.
in case of rented out property he can get tax benefit under section 80GG. from let out property he can get tax benefit of municipal tax paid from rent received and on Bal AMT he will get 30 percent STD deduction. if any home loan is taken against the property then deduction for interest paid up to 2lacs can be taken
