I was filing my return u/s 44 AD in ITR 4 sugam. I sold 1 property of minenin f/y 2017-18. Do i have to change my ITR form? If yes, Which ITR i have to file now?

Yes you have to change the ITR form since capital gain is special category income. However we might have to wait to know which form will come into effect as ITR forms for the AY 18-19 are yet to be released (Only ITR-1 is currently available).

But if i check online, all the forms aren't available for download for A/y 18-19

Yes sir. As I have mentioned above all the ITR forms for the AY 18-19 are not yet released by the IT dept. So we have to wait to confirm which form has to be chosen.
