if question says explain changeability of section 22 in respect of " house property with disputed ownership" . Is disputed ownership has the same meaning as Co ownership in property

no disputed ownership is not the same as co ownership ...in case of disputed ownership the title of the property is disputed whereas co ownership is the % of each co-owner in a single property
you mean the share of member are not decided and HP income is calculated as AOP/BOI and not as a individual , right?
in case of property in dispute whoever is considered as deemed owner, in his hands the property will be taxable
