what is the diffirence between unrealised rent and arrears of rent??

Unrealised rent means the portion of rent which was due and you are not able to receive the same due to tenant run away, tenent insolvency etc

 

arear of rent : the previous due rent that you receive now . 

If unrealized rent is subsequently recovered...can it become.arrears of rent??
No.. unrealized rent is a completely different concept.
arrears of rent : due but not received....(to be received) unrealized rent : due but not recoverable (which may recovarable in future or not ,if realized then it treared as receipt of u.r.r)

Arrear of rent = doubtful debt Unrealised rent = bad debt Its only for understanding purpose
