House property

I have a Query relating to Income from House Property.......there is a house of 100 Sq. Yards....and the Backside portion of 35 Sq. Yards is Sold & the registry amount is 15.50 lacs for back side portion....the whole amount is received in cash....is it mandatory for quote the PAN No. of seller at the time of appointment for making the registry......if i quote the PAN NO. of seller then there is any Income tax Liablity arise or not in that case.....?

Pls help it for solve this situation
