Housing loan taken by father & 2 children. Father deceased last month. whether 2 children both can avail the exemption on repayment of housing loan.

yes they can avail the loan provided if they r join owners of the property,in your case its clear tht all the three r owners so there is no problem in taking exemption

Can an Assessee avail exemption for Interest and Principal Repayment for loan Taken from a Public Company where he is employee, whose objective is NOT to provide finance for Purchase of House.
An early reply will be appreciated.
company's objective should be finance only...... then he will get deduction under section 80C otherwise not...
