if I sell my old house,worth RS 1,10,00,000 in same city and buy 80 lakhs RS house in same city from it only than can I put 30lakhs for my use or
that 30 lakhs will not be there as tax I have to pay for this selling and buying my own property and if I have to pay tax then how much I have to pay please explain in details....to save my 30 lakhs for personal use.
These are depends on several things, First to decide It comes under LTCG or STCG. Please provide the details when you purchase that property & what was the stamp authority valuation at the time of selling.
